How to Apply for CC Charities in 5 Simple Steps:

1. Qualify in one of the areas covered by the non-profit listed in our mission.

2. Complete the application for the appropriate area and send it to:

4. Register with Counseling Creations when you receive the email to the portal.

5. Counseling Creations will contact you to set your first appointment.

It may take several days or weeks for your application to be approved. We are currently gathering funding to pay for your services
