I completed my Master of Social Work program at the University of Houston in 2017. That same year I entered the mental health field by way of Correctional Managed Care. I started as mental health clinician at a maximum security prison unit. I have worked at multiple units within the TDCJ system for over 5 years. This experience has highlighted both the importance of mental health maintenance, and the consequences of its deterioration.

 

My professional experience in the field of mental health combined with that of being a husband and a father has driven me in developing a passion for continued self-improvement and providing clients with tools necessary for their own growth and goal attainment.

 

My goal is to create a judgment free space to collaborate with clients in tackling depression, anxiety, problem behaviors, and trauma.” I look forward to helping you on your journey to a happier and more fulfilling life.

I have office hours in the Magnolia location mainly on Friday evenings, and Saturdays.  I also see Texas Residents through telehealth.
