I am a Certified Belief Therapist and Certified Youth Behavior Advisor; and If you would have told me ten years ago that I would be serving people by helping, guiding and counseling people through the journey of life, I would not have been shocked by your statement. If you would have said that I would be doing this as a Christian counselor, I would have given you a strange look. I currently serve as a worship leader on staff at a church in The Woodlands/ Conroe area. In my ten plus years in ministry, I have had the opportunity to help counsel, guide, and encourage people from all walks of life. My heart and passion for people was cultivated within serving and pastoring middle and high school students at the various student ministries I was involved in throughout the years. I graduated from Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies and a minor in Psychology. I received my certifications as a Youth Behavioral Advisor in 2020 and a Certified Belief Therapist in 2024 from The Therapon Institute. My plan and hope is to go back to graduate school and become a Licensed Professional Counselor.

 

As a certified belief therapist and a youth behavioral advisor my goal is to help people of all ages and families find peace, comfort, and truth in life. I also want to help people grow in the knowledge of themselves, their traumatic triggers, and equip them with practical tools to combat those triggers. I also want to be a safe haven for people and pastors that have had traumatic experiences due to hurt from the church. As a pastor, I have gone through my fair share of church hurt; so I can sympathize and empathize with you. I want to come alongside you and help you on your journey to healing. If you are a teenager or a parent of a teen in need of guidance and/or help, I am also available to help teenagers navigate these crucial, tough years. I am also available for premarital counseling .  I look forward to helping you!
